Beauty/truth Hope Faith

Some of us are desperately trying to make connections we just don't know how the hell to do it.
i don't know how to write, draw or blog or have a conversation.
i have most traits of an avoidant personality disorder.
I do write draw and blog and have something like conversations....usually involving me waving my hands around a lot.

i don't understand economics or capitalism... it all seems very cruel.

i am completely amazed at how varied the blogs i read are.
i cant believe the varied stories i have read about E.D.
the reasons why and the struggles
it almost doesn't seem like we all have the same disease.

i told my therapist i have art in one hand and hunger in the other and both are the only things that ever made sense

beauty is truth, to me, which i why i like things that seem REAL more than things that are just aesthetically pleasing.
and then there is hope and faith. now what do i do with those?

my thirty-three year old cousin has no food or body issues. she's gorgeous, although not thin. i've never met anyone so comfortable in her body. and she's a new mom who doesn't seem to care how quickly she loses the weight. she just glows.

i thought of this because you mentioned how so many women with EDs have different stories. i'm thinking of interviewing my cousin to see what her life is like. it's as foreign to me as the Moon.

Economics and capitalism are very cruel. Neither know nor care anything of people. It's all numbers and greed.

"i have art in one hand and hunger in the other and both are the only things that ever made sense" -- I identify with that so much.

Whatcha think? Rate me!?
